Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds at
Ad Campaign Academy, Lamka, for the
6 Month Digital Marketing Professional Course.

1. Course Enrollment & Down Payment

Enrollment requires a minimum 30% down payment of the total course fee
(₹45,000 – ₹70,000 depending on selected program).

The 30% down payment is non-refundable once admission is confirmed.

2. EMI & Finance Support

Students opting for EMI or finance support (1–5 months) must follow the agreed payment schedule.
Failure to complete EMI payments may result in suspension of course access.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests may be considered only under the following conditions:

• Duplicate payment due to technical error
• Payment made but admission not confirmed
• Course cancelled by the institute

4. No Refund After Course Start

Once classes have commenced (online or offline),
no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed within
7–10 working days to the original payment method.
